Effective July 3, 2026. ScreenerMax is a product of Tech Fort LLC ("TechFort", "we", "us"), Spokane, Washington.
These terms are written to be read, not to hide things. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and a real person will explain it.
ScreenerMax is cloud software for screening and managing live call-in audio for shows and broadcasts: a screening console, a caller queue and bridge, optional AI screening, and connections to your phone and broadcast systems. Early access means the product is young: features move fast, and we will tell you the truth about what is solid and what is new.
You are responsible for the people you invite to your console (hosts, screeners, producers) and for keeping access credentials to your own systems safe. Tell us promptly if you believe an account is compromised.
You are the broadcaster. Complying with call recording and consent laws is your responsibility.
ScreenerMax records and transcribes caller audio as part of screening - that is the product working as designed. Recording laws vary by state and country: some places require every party on a call to be told the call is recorded ("all-party consent" states such as Washington, California, and Florida). You agree to: (a) provide any legally required notice to your callers - the simplest is a recorded line in your greeting such as "this call is recorded and may be transcribed"; (b) not use ScreenerMax to record anyone unlawfully; and (c) indemnify TechFort for claims arising from your failure to do (a) or (b). We can help you set up compliant greetings - ask.
The AI screener listens, transcribes, summarizes, and flags calls. It is good, and it is not perfect: it can mishear, mislabel, or miss context. It never puts a caller on air - a human always controls that. You agree not to treat AI output as a substitute for human editorial judgment, and you understand caller audio is processed by our AI subprocessors (listed in the Privacy Policy) to provide these features.
Do not use ScreenerMax to break the law, harass people, intercept communications you have no right to, spam, or resell access without a written agreement with us. We can suspend service that is being abused, and we will tell you why.
Prices are posted on the pricing page. Founding-show pricing is locked for the life of the subscription as long as it stays active. Plans bill monthly or annually in advance; you can cancel any time and service runs through the paid period. If a payment fails we will reach out like humans before anything gets turned off.
Your show, your callers, your recordings, your caller cards - yours. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service (store, process, transmit your content to run your screener). We do not sell your data or your callers' data, ever. Details and retention periods are in the Privacy Policy.
We run ScreenerMax on professional cloud infrastructure and we run our own broadcast on it every week - we feel outages personally. But during early access we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee. If reliability commitments matter for your station, talk to us about a Station plan and we will put honest numbers in writing.
ScreenerMax is not a telephone service and does not provide access to 911 or any emergency service. Never rely on it to place emergency calls.
TechFort owns ScreenerMax - the software, the design, the name. You get a subscription license to use it, not ownership of it. You agree not to copy, modify, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying systems of the service, and not to build a competing product using access to it. If you send us feedback or ideas, you agree we can use them to improve the product without owing you anything (we will still say thank you, and founding shows get their name on the wall).
The public demo at demo.screenermax.com is for evaluation. Demo rooms are temporary and are erased when the session ends. Demo calls are recorded and transcribed by the AI screener - that is the demo. Do not share sensitive personal information on a demo call, and only invite participants who are okay being recorded. Demo limits (session length, call length, daily caps) exist to keep it free and fast for everyone.
ScreenerMax is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, TechFort's total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - including lost advertising revenue or lost audience. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
You can cancel any time. We can terminate for material breach of these terms if you do not cure it within 14 days of written notice, or immediately for unlawful use. On termination we will, on request within 30 days, give you an export of your caller cards and settings, then delete your data on our normal schedule.
We may update these terms as the product grows; material changes get emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms plus your order form are the whole agreement.
