Privacy Policy

Effective July 3, 2026. ScreenerMax is a product of Tech Fort LLC, Spokane, Washington.

Short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we do not sell any of it, demo data erases itself, and you can email a real person to ask about or delete your data any time: [email protected].

What we collect

• Contact and account info - your name, email, and show details when you request early access, log into the demo, or become a customer.
• Demo setup answers - show name, how you screen calls today, how many lines you run. This is sales context; you told it to us on purpose.
• Caller data - when a call is screened, the system handles caller ID, short audio recordings of screening answers, transcripts, and the caller card (name, location, topic, notes). On the demo, this exists only inside your temporary room.
• Operational logs - the plumbing records needed to keep the service running and secure (connection logs, error logs).

How we use it

To run the product, to reply when you ask us something, to fix what breaks, and to follow up on demo and early-access requests. That is the list. No data selling, no list renting, no advertising networks.

Who processes it for us

ScreenerMax runs on professional infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Microsoft Azure (hosting), Cloudflare (network, login gate), Anthropic (AI transcript analysis for caller cards), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis and speech-to-text), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what its job requires.

Call recordings - the honest part

Screening a call means recording and transcribing short answers so the caller card can be written. Screening recordings are processed and then deleted from our systems in the normal flow of a call; the written caller card lasts as long as the show needs it. Broadcasters using ScreenerMax are responsible for telling their callers that calls are recorded, as their local law requires - and demo calls are plainly labeled as recorded in our Terms.

How long we keep things

• Demo rooms - erased automatically when your session ends (30 minutes max), including cards, chat, and queue.
• Screening audio - deleted after transcription in the normal flow of a call.
• Leads and early-access requests - kept until you ask us to remove you.
• Customer account data - kept while your subscription is active, exportable on request, deleted on our normal schedule after termination.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct, export, or delete what we hold about you. If you are in a jurisdiction with formal privacy rights (California, the EU, and friends), those rights are honored through that same address - we are a small company, so a human reads it and acts on it.

Security

Encrypted transport everywhere (TLS for pages and signaling, encrypted media for calls), login-gated consoles, access limited to the people who run the service. No system is unbreakable; if we ever have an incident affecting your data, we will tell you plainly and quickly.

Children

ScreenerMax is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will email account holders before it takes effect and update the date at the top.
